To avail personalised services or to contact us, Users voluntarily provide personal information such as name, e mail id, which remains with us for sometime.   

Software’s tools we use to run our services efficiently, automatically collect certain information when users visit, navigate, use the services. This information does not reveal users specific identity (like users name or contact information) but may include device & usage information, such as users device name, device characteristics IP address, browser, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, location, country, information about how & when users use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security, operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics, reporting purposes.

Our Services may offer the ability to register and log in using third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). When users choose to use social media logins, we will receive certain profile information. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include users name, email address, friends list, profile picture, as well as other information users choose to make public on such a social media platform.

Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for other uses of users personal information by third-party social media provider. 6. Is user’s information transferred internationally ?

Our servers are located in different locations. If users are accessing our services from outside, please be aware that users information may be transferred to, stored, processed by us in our facilities and by those third parties with whom we may share users personal information in other countries. However, we take all necessary measures to protect users personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and applicable law.

7. For how long do we keep user’s information ?

We will only keep users personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process users personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information or if this is not possible (for example, because users personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store users personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Do we collect information fom minor’s ?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, users represent that users are at least 18 or that users are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. What are user’s privacy rights ?

 If we are relying on users consent to process users personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, users have the right to withdraw their consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected]

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of users personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

If we are providing an account to sign up, users can at any time review or change the information in users account or terminate users account, upon request to terminate users account. We will deactivate or delete users account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. What is Do-NoT-Track feature ?

Most web browsers, some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting users can activate, to signal users privacy preference, not to have data about users online browsing activities monitored and collected.

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates users choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform users about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

11. Is this Privacy Policy revised/updated every now and then ?

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify users either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending a notification to users. We encourage users to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting users information.
